9. Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of OEM production, cancellations after order confirmation may not be accepted. Refunds are only considered in cases of non-fulfillment as per agreed specifications and require mutual review.

OEMitra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or services, including delays or loss of business.

11. Governing Law
